Jennifer is the middle child in a family of 7. Growing up in small town Nebraska with a large family and single income home proved financially challenging. This instilled an early desire for independence and self-reliance. Jennifer worked during high school at a department store, garnering greater responsibility through her tenure and rose to the position of styling the store displays. Jennifer’s spouse’s military career took her to a village in the Netherlands. This required that she secure a a work permit to pursue employment and learn the language. Jennifer was not one to have idle hands, during the permit application period, she volunteered her time at a Dutch refugee center, Aslym Seekers’ Center, Overloon and an expat children’s sports group. Once the work permit was secured, Jennifer worked at the EMI corporation in the Netherlands, and become fluent in Dutch. Upon returning to the United States Jennifer began with The Employer Source, Jennifer’s work ethic and desire to learn advanced her career from receptionist through the HR department finally becoming a worker’s compensation expert. This skillset led her to the Liberty Mutual Group, serving multiple roles and under a variety of the Liberty brand names, finally relocating her to Las Vegas. She cites her time at the Liberty Mutual Group as the preparation for launching a startup. The success of Screen Content Management affords Jennifer and the organization to serve their community. Jennifer serves on the board of directors for the American Cancer Society and chairs their Power In Purple campaign for both 2019 and 2020. She has extensive participation in other American Cancer Society campaigns such as Relay for Life, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, and Real Men Wear Pink. Jennifer also provides her time, talent, and treasure to 100 Women Who care, 878, BOMA Nevada, ACNG, and Project Marilyn. Jennifer has been awarded with Las Vegas’ Top 100 Women, 2020 Woman of Distinction Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners. She is a charter member of Women of Digital Signage.
