I develop user-focused content strategy that draws customers or patients through their journey from interest through conversion and advocacy. I help to determine positioning and messaging throughout the sales funnel and work with strategists, UX designers and web designers to create successful campaigns for business segments, service lines or product purchasing. I perform content audits to provide recommendations for information architecture and strategic content writing. Then, I work with writers to successfully deliver content that is on-brand, on-deadline, and always puts the user at center of the experience. While the left half of my brain is attending to strategic thinking, the right half of my brain is attuned to delivering great creative, writing with clarity and grace, and coming up with creative solutions to our client's challenges.
