Senior member of team that built technologies, and best practices to transform Panasonic from a hardware manufacturer to a solution companywhich had been previously attempted numerous times without success. Involved in defining the strategy and approach, communicating the vision, training and securing buy-in from sales teams, establishing strategic partnerships. Training and mentoring team members, assisting team- mates with complex projects. Designing, introducing, and delivering solutions across 13 verticals leveraging direct and channel sales models. Identification of third-party software and solution providers. Onboarding of those third-party software and solution providers, capturing requirements from customers and channel partners, and developing custom proposals and SOW’s and delivering solutions based on those SOW’s. Negotiating pricing and terms with partners and customers. Leading “think tank” sessions with customers to identify needs and establish creative ways to use technology to enhance business and customer experiences. Sample of Projects: Large Beverage Company: Created deployment strategy to support rollout and on-going support for over 9,000 mobile devices. Solution included; custom image creation, imaging, deployment, kitting, training documentation, instructor led training sessions at multiple locations across the county, system integration with customers back end systems to ensure full visibility for customer and complete project management. Public School District (Classroom of Tomorrow): Proposed solution that included mobile, collaborative classroom consisting of interactive displays on mobile carts, wireless connectivity for content sharing, installation of audio system in classroom, furniture, lighting and control system and interactive 3D iBench as well as software for 3D content creation by teachers/students. Included professional development for teachers and school staff and ongoing support of technology in the classrooms.
