• Assisted with the creation and implementation of new system for note validation/legal entity review process.
• Implemented process to have files shipped directly to storage facility, which resulted in a cost savings of $6,000 per month.
• Automated file review process, which eliminated manual data review and increased efficiency.
• Developed flat file to upload to loan modification software, which increased efficiency and reduced data input errors.
