Currently, I provide business and legal support to a variety of internal departments, with a specific focus on all types of contractual agreements. I streamline and improve the contracting process related to real property, outside plant, product, finance, and information technology vendors. I collaborate and strategize with internal business leaders about their contracting needs to ensure risk-mitigation and optimal vendor contracts. I manage the Legal Department’s initiative to provide business owners with template agreements and self-serve contracting opportunities.● On-boarded, trained, and continue to mentor Segra’s Contract & Real-Estate Specialist.● Redesigned Segra’s Outside Plant’s Right of Entry and Easement process to reduce touch points and work hours required, resulting in a 75% time saving for the Legal Department.
