Oversee the payroll and HRIS functions. Coordinate, analyze, and report on HR and industry related analytics to assist with executive level decision making. Coordinate operations of the Human Resources department amongst HR Business Partners, Management, and employees. Assist with special projects, implementations, and departmental coordination.

Oversee workflow, procedures, policies and tools for HR functions and programs supporting employee services. Responsible for developing and providing regular reporting and metrics, conducting analysis, and leading initiatives across HR disciplines driving efficiency in workflow, and effectiveness of tools and systems. Oversight of the payroll function and ensure company compliance and tax agency reporting. Lead HR projects and manage implementations, upgrades, and training resources.

Responsible for all payroll functions within the multi-state company; time collection and accuracy, benefit and employee related changes, hires, and termination calculations, tax filing and reporting, benefit funding, report writing and distribution of payroll and employee related data to all levels of the company. System administrator of the HRIS system.
