I am a dedicated leader who is deeply committed to serving others, believing that true leadership embraces the people at the heart of the work while delivering exceptional outcomes. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of learning and leading in diverse environments, including public schools, private sector companies, and most significantly, within a mission-driven organization. At InsideTrack, I joined when it was a private, venture-capital-backed company, contributing to its growth and innovation as we standardized products and scaled operations. My initial motivation was to integrate executive-style coaching to empower learners and institutions, and today, as the organization has transitioned into a non-profit affiliate of a parent company, I am proud to continue our impactful work as the leader of the Coaching Operations team.My journey has allowed me to work with youth, college students, success coaches, managers, directors, and client partners at every level. Embracing my commitment to servant leadership, I’ve stepped into roles that provide strategic direction, leadership, and inspiration to teams ranging from 10 to over 200 members, ultimately leading the Coaching Operations function. My team, nearly 200 strong, includes the talented individuals delivering coaching and professional services to learners and the dynamic leaders who ensure the successful execution of each partnership within our portfolio.The common thread throughout my experiences is a profound desire to help organizations and individuals realize their fullest potential through genuine care for their success. I am dedicated to creating a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and growth, harnessing the strengths of employees to achieve peak performance, and driving positive change through direct and compassionate communication.
