• First Year Seminar: “Murder by the Book”Themed course which developed research, writing, citation, review, and revision skills. The course used the genre of detective fiction to encourage debates about notions of justice and society. • Introduction to LiteratureProvided an introduction to close reading in poetry, fiction, and drama. Students learned technical vocabulary and practiced using these terms in their criticism and class discussion.
