Provided leadership to a comprehensive recreation and health promotion department in absence of director for spring semester.- Served on division leadership team providing updates around staffing, external grant process,programs, and facility management projects- Managed department budget and prepared budgets requests and worksheets for fiscal year 2025- Represented and advocated on behalf of the department to university senior leadership
