My work ethos has always been very holistic and based on logic with a strong growth mindset and with a big dose of entrepreneurial spirit and creativity. My 15+ years of experience has been in the Luxury Industry, working for Global Multinationals like L’Oréal Luxe, Shiseido & William Grant & Sons. Excited by new challenges and opportunities to grow, I’ve successfully pivoted in my career both in terms of work discipline ranging from finance to marketing and sales, as well as geography, starting my career in Scandinavia and taking the leap to the Middle East 10 years ago and recently changing industry, from luxury beauty to luxury spirits.I’ve got director level experience from Marketing, Sales & Finance, and I’ve had the great pleasure managing multi-cultural teams in these roles, with long experience of distributor management and cross functional collaboration.
