• Act as the key point of contact for personnel in the Sales & Marketing functional area • Conduct business alignment sessions with the warehouses being deployed and document fit and gap against the existing business processes and solution • Create localization documentation and assist in configuration • Perform testing of the 212˚ Enterprise Business Transformation solution for any changes to support Sysco warehouse requirements including unit testing, functional acceptance testing, and business confirmation testing • Assist in change management and organizational transition activities • Perform knowledge transfer with Sysco Stakeholder Engagement Network, executive teams, and Super Users • Develop, Deliver, and Support end-user training and assessments • Provide detailed support for deployment wave go-live timelines • Resolve issues by working with deployment leadership and any other deployment team members as required • Engage and perform Technical and Business Cutover Activities • Coordinate and engage Sysco Business Services, IT Support & Business Process Management• Accountable for meeting project deadlines, deployment deliverables and reporting to the Deployment Management Office

Plan, design, develop, edit, publish and evaluate various documentation deliverable types supporting Sysco software and other initiatives. Tasks include writing documentation and online help systems, publishing documentation to the intranet, project management, estimating timelines, and adhering to quality standards.
