Created a monthly networking and social opportunity for Eastside graphic designers and design-related professionals. Developed branding and marketing for the event, procured a monthly meeting space, and brought together AIGA members and non-members to make business and personal connections.

Created graphics, handmade typography and illustrations for local and national campaigns. Accomplishments: Was hired as an illustrator post-internship to illustrate characters and graphics for a national print campaign.

Product development and testing for mechanical safety devices. Lead team of 9 engineers responsible 250 employees to participate in the ACE program by developing metrics, creating a solid plan, and internally marketing the program. Accomplishments: Achieved the goal of 95% participation in the ACE program, up from 30% 18 months prior by revitalizing and making relevant the ACE Program to Worldwide Engineering. Globe Award winner for leadership and product development.
