Served as Departmental Lead for audits such as the SAS 70 and the Pennsylvania Department of Banking. Assessed risks associated with complex conversion projects and developed a strategy to mitigate those risks through various means of testing; ensured compliance to respective plan document and ERISA.

Jacksonville, Florida Area

Supervised the daily activities of the Conversion and Reporting Team. Led the Team in the development and implementation of a more efficient process to convert assets to NPA’s record keeping system that resulted in an immediate 53% increase in assets posted to the system and a decrease in the conversion time by 50%.
