For over 40 years, he has successfully ensured compliance with federal, state, and municipal casino regulations, as well as corporate policies in every location that he has had the opportunity to be part of the team. These regulatory skills include acknowledgment of approvals from gaming commissions, ensuring game compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations, including internal control minimum procedures, and ensuring casino compliance with State Liquor and Beer Codes, federal requirements for money laundering prevention, company policies and IRS reporting.Jerry has not only demonstrated his prowess in administrative functions such as regulatory compliance but is also a service-oriented people person with decades of leadership experience. Having acted as a manager and COO in multiple different positions, he has developed a refined sense of interpersonal communication, and has used these skills in human resources functions such as hiring, training, and coaching employees.
