Pleasant Grove, Utah

Performed QA testing and inspection for the Bangerter 4 interchange project. Activities include PCCP, OGSC, MSE wall installation, drainage and traffic control.

Inspected and performed field testing of the majority of the PCCP on the I-15 Point project. Other activities included drainage, MSE wall installation, ATMS, barrier and OGSC. I currently have my ACI, Nuclear radiation safety, SRDTT, CTT, Crash barrier, Partnering 1&2, Traffic control maintainer and IQP certifications. Following The point project I was sent to Salt Lake City International airport to perform QA testing.

West Jordan, Utah

Performed QA work on the I-215 project. Oversaw HMA operations.

QA inspector for the Mona to Oquirrh PaciCorp project and the Sigurd to Red Butte 345kv transmission line. Field tested concrete and oversaw pier drilling and rebar cage inspection.

Field tested concrete and soils on the I-15 CORE Project. Primary responsibility was PCCP.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

Field tested concrete and soils at various locations in the Salt Lake and Utah counties. Main project completed was the University of Utah USTAR Sorenson Biomedical and Nano building. I was the lead concrete technician for the project.
