About Jeremy Smith

As a technical leader, I’ve built and scaled Automation SaaS products with high performing groups of ~130 people, including software engineers, solution architects and delivery managers. With these groups I have been responsible for overall hiring, financials, delivery management, strategy and planning, data and analytics, and observability platforms.As an IC, I specialise in serverless technologies, particularly within AWS. I’ve built multi-tenant SaaS products at scale, used at over 200 clients. This includes smart correlation and RCA tools, and command centre products that monitor tooling and delivery (app performance & productivity, client uptake & usage).In the workplace I’m passionate about enabling groups to make data-driven decisions, serverless technology advocacy and uptake, critical process improvement and structuring groups around end to end value-streams.
