Jeremy is a Colorado native and has enjoyed participating in the incredible growth and development of the state’s construction industry. After earning a B.S.B.A in Construction Management from Colorado State University, Jeremy began his career with The PulteGroup. As a project a Project Manager, he helped lead a team of 14 Construction Superintendents and 10 Customer Care Managers. This team executed the single largest capital investment project in company history, Anthem Colorado - project inclusive of land development, marketing, pre-sales, model home completion and grand opening of a multi-product, 3000 lot residential community. Following, Jeremy joined BluSky Restoration Contractors where he held a position as the National Director of Construction. In this position, Jeremy was responsible for leading a national Project Management team with oversight and accountability for $50M+ in construction projects annually. BluSky relied on Jeremy’s expertise in large scale project management, team coordination and customer satisfaction to develop key operational processes. Jeremy also sat on the Senior Leadership Team and Key Employee Group for BluSky helping to lead the strategic direction and growth of the company.Jeremy joined Redeux Developments in 2013. As the Vice President of Operations, Jeremy's primary focus is in working with the Executive Team, developing operational processes and oversite of the Design, Project Management and Warranty Departments within the company. Other responsibilities include trade partner and supplier relationships, team selling, training and development of employees and company compliance with OSHA, EPA and Municipal regulations.With extensive experience in the Construction industry that began in the Rocky Mountain Region and has now taken him across the Nation. His efforts and projects have been recognized by JD Powers, Inc 5000, The Denver Business Journal, COBIZ and more.
