I have the privilege of working alongside a talented team of Product Engineers and Developers on the core visualization system inside ArcGIS Pro, as well as managing the Product Engineers on the Graphics and Scene Layers teams. The Graphics team builds the visualization and interaction platform used by 65+ collaborative product teams - it lets you see, interact with, edit, explore and exploit all your geospatial data in 2D and 3D inside Esri's premier Desktop GIS application. The product engineers on the Graphics team also created and continue to own and enhance portions of the automated testing infrastructure used by other Product teams to ensure software quality and performance in ArcGIS Pro.I was a founding member of the Scene Layers team, which focuses on allowing users to quickly share scalable 3D content and use it in all ArcGIS apps such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS API for JavaScript, and ArcGIS Earth.I was an active advocate in Esri's transition many years ago to agile methodology, and helped write much of the scrum process documentation used during this formative time.
