• Expanding ANZ market presence in Singapore through securing new clients and driving existing business opportunities. • Acquire New-To-Bank Affluent clients via leads sourced from remote channels ie, online, client centre• Develop and source for personal acquisition channel• Obtain and process information required for account opening• Proper fact-find of client for potential I&I referral to Priority Relationship Manager• Handles client-led requests for servicing and relationship building• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings, and conduct regular market updates and follow-up activities for clients, to better enhance the service differentiation in relation to external competition

• Greeting and addressing affluent client banking needs by providing solution through assistance, form filling and linking with internal departments• Daily reporting and checking of branch reports and tellers daily cash reports• Cash handling duties including tellering when necessary• Obtain and process information required for the provision of services such as account opening and information update.

• Greeting clients and addressing client banking needs by providing solution through assistance, form filling and linking with internal departments• Consolidation and daily/monthly reporting of sales numbers to Branch Manager• Checking and batching of customer forms and sales documentation• Handling complaints and refer unresolved customer grievances to designated department for further investigation• Stock-taking and replenishing of branch inventory

• Receiving checks and cash for depositing, verifying amounts and checking accuracy of deposit slips.• Cash cheques and pay out of amount after verifying signature is correct, written and numerical amounts agree and and that account has sufficient funds• Enter customer transactions into computer to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipt• Balance currency, coins and checks in drawers at end of shift and calculate daily transactions using computers, calculators or adding machine.• Examine checks for endorsement and to verify other information such as dates, bank names, identification of the person receiving payment and legality of the documents
