My current position is Manager, Systems Development for First Data Education, managing our customer and agent facing applications. This includes call center support applications (Artiva and CARES), the customer website and the service layer team to support these applications. These systems integrate with telephony and our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. My teams support both maintenance and new development work. Additionally, I am responsible for First Data Education's transition to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), working with our agile consultants and transition team, to build and execute on the transition roadmap.

My current position is Project/Team Manager for our agent quality management system (QMS) and call center support application (CARES) which integrates with telephony and and our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. I manage a team of fifteen, supporting both maintenance and new development work. In this role, I am responsible for large projects through a full development life-cycle as part of multiple software releases per year. This includes providing project estimates, performing cost-benefit analysis, defining high-level business and technical design, resource planning, testing support, and implementation management.

This includes providing project estimates, performing cost-benefit analysis, defining high-level business and technical design, resource planning, testing support, and implementation management.

In this role I served as a team lead/manager for the for Loan Originations and Account/Loan Maintenance portions of Sallie Mae's FFELP Student Loan Originations team where I manage a team of four developers and analysts. In this role, I am responsible for large projects through a full development life-cycle as part of semi-annual software releases to include providing project estimates, performing cost-benefit analysis, defining high-level business and technical design, resource planning, testing support, and implementation management.
