Apartment and townhouse maintenance and turns including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, wall repair and appliance repair

I do site maintence at various apartment sites, such as plumbing, electrical and appliance troubleshooting. I passed my Second Class Engineer-Grade C Boiler's License test. I have passed my Universal Air Conditioning License I currently do site maintence at Winnetka West in New Hope, Four Seasons in Crystal, Robbins Way Senior Housing in Robbinsdale and St. Anne's Senior Housing in Minneapolis, Minnesota I have passed my Certified Residential Maintenance Tech Certification through Minnesota Multi Housing Association.

Field tested Electric Meters for electric co-ops shutch as Wright-Hennepin Electric Co-op and East Central Electric Co-op

Transported the handicapped to and from their homes using a small bus

Installed and troubleshooted electric meter installitions and related equipment such as pulse recorders and totalizers and relays at customers sites thrughout the metro area working on live current to 480 volts

Repaired Transformers and Electric motors in the shop both single and three phase

Cleaned the main office in Minneapolis and ran the loading dock at the main office, recieving and shipping shipments using a forklift and pallet jacks
