- Development and implementation of strategic plans that drive profitable sales growth across four major North American-based brands (ESCADA, Intermix, Club Monaco, La Senza). Liaise directly with the VP to build sales models and develop selling certifications. Train, coach, and mentor employees in key selling behaviours and tools.- Development of a customer book/ clientele model and tools for each brand while continually evaluating all selling tools and updating/ simplifying processes to best support associate selling. Work with stores to lead meaningful associate recognition engagements.- Maintain an up-to-date product knowledge and work closely with brand product leaders to develop education tools designed to drive sales and increase traffic.

- Led all aspects of operations for stores across Canada, including overseeing store operations, new openings, store relocations, hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Coached and developed several senior store leadership team members and oversaw a team of 30+ across 5 locations nationally. - Fostered a luxury service culture that maintained a customer-centric focus across all channels. Managed payroll, schedules, strategic sales goals, and P&L. Travelled to the USA to support the business, as required, in California and Arizona. Spearheaded multiple marketing initiatives that led to being recognized as the top region in North America in both 2017 and 2018. Co-led the implementation of a new POS system. Drove full price and outlet business development initiatives.- Successfully achieved 15% year-over-year increases while also exceeding sales/ service KPIs, including being awarded top KPI’s in the full price and outlet business for 3 years in a row, as well as worldwide #4 ranking for Toronto. Led a team of multiple employees while driving performance toward associates becoming top ranking in North America year over year.
