Responsible for managing multiple network migrations of over 500 clients, ensuring that infrastructure savings are realized and customer needs are satisfied.As a migration manager, I am the Liaison between the client, Sales, Product team and Engineering teams. I highlight risks and roadblocks in an effort to meet all program target dates and achieve synergy savings throughout the duration of the project. I am responsible for gathering and documenting the required technical and billing details used to propose a new network solution to the client. I track all activities and report the overall progress to the stakeholders and management.

Responsible for the Global Business Planning team, located in Belfast, London and New York. We provided project support and management oversight for department initiatives. We were referred to as the gatekeepers for the department since our role required that we review technical details in projects, engineering workload and performance, service delivery metrics, billing etc. This was detailed in regular and ad hoc reporting that was created for management.Liaised with the appropriate business units for the purposes of gathering project requirements and providing support for key business initiatives. Interfaced with the project management team to capture requirements for hardware and resource planning. Responsible for liaising with Telco carriers and facility providers for the purposes of new order management and problem escalation.

Responsible for the NYSE Hosting Services Division. Led all colocation projects across the NYSE data centers for clients who needed close proximity to the trading systems. Created project plans and managed timelines ensuring that all client deliverables and expectations were met. Defined data center location, and provisioned internal infrastructure for client application access (cabinets, power, and connectivity). Created and instituted multiple processes for client engagement (new infrastructure, power, site visits, hot hands etc.). Managed hosting department budget and provided cost analysis for all client implementations.Managed over 100 client implementations during build out of new NYSE data center meeting all application cutover dates. Provided pre-sales support during the data center build as well as managing the various client installations. This entailed gathering the technical specifications (IP subnets, Routing, protocols, and physical network design) and submitting to engineering for client access to NYSE systems.

Developed the primary Help Desk area and provided processes detailing rules of engagement and client care. Interacted with various levels of client and vendor management relative to provisioning and production issues.
