Managing a caseload of 25-30 customers within various areas across South Yorkshire who suffer with complex barriers to move back into sustainable employment. -Completing signups and assessments for customer’s within job centres and external business's.-Building and maintaining good relationships with employers and external agencies-Delivering system and compliance training to internal staff-Delivering outreach work- To ensure all KPI's and targets met within the required deadline

-Validating claims to ensure they are compliant before submission-Regular Auditing throughout the company to ensure policies and procedures are being followed.-Delivered training to members of staff on Compliance and other areas across the Business-Covering colleagues when out of the business such as Case Manager & Branch Coordinator roles.-Engaging with customers onto the Work Programme for Initial appointments.-Completing numerous different documents to send our Primes/DWP.-Ensuring all KPI’s and Targets are met
