About Jess Critchlow

As a Registered Psychotherapist I specialize in mental health therapy for people who roll their eyes at therapy - only half joking! I use an eclectic mix of tools to support people in their mental health challenges. And of course over at Light Up Work I continue to help leaders and teams build the confidence and interpersonal skills needed to hit those big goals.I always make sure to bring a playful perspective from my adventures to my clients. Whether that’s drawing on my time as a Learning and Development manager in the tech industry, experience as a TEDx Speaker or my time contemplating ants with a monk at a Buddhist retreat.
