Recruitment Manager / Community Outreach Manager

Established and implemented a recruitment plan for new girl and adult members to meet council membership goals. Responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting over 100 new troop volunteers annually. Actively partner with local organizations to promote and support community engagement.Maintained relationships with (selection): United Way Eastern Office, Clermont County Chamber of Commerce, University of Cincinnati East and Clermont Campus, West Clermont School District.In one year of service there was an increase of membership in these Clermont and Brown County service units by 71%.For the 2015-2016 academic year I transitioned into a team-based direct service role as a Community Outreach Manager serving over 3,200 girls in the Greater Cincinnati area. These in-school initiatives, based on the Girl Scout Leadership Experience of experiential and cooperative learning, were once a week, eight week sessions driven to meet individual group needs. Notable initiatives (selection): partnerships with Greater Cincinnati STEM Collaborative, Procter & Gamble, and Woodward Career & Technical High School to afford 7th, 8th, 9th grade students STEM opportunities to expand their understanding of local STEM careers. Partnership with James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy at the University of Cincinnati to engage volunteers in serving Cincinnati Public School youth for in-school series and Summer Day Camps.
