Collaborated with my UCLA IoES student research group to develop and implement recommendations addressing sustainable procurement at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, CA. The Aquarium of the Pacific is the largest aquarium in Southern California, attracting approximately 1.7 million visitors each year.

Manager of UCLA E-Scooter Delivery Service Startup. Primary responsibilities included recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees, as well as leading by example for the team. Developed expertise in operations and marketing, mastered the supply chain and inventory processes, while ensuring high satisfaction for all customers. Aided with the development of growth initiatives through marketing and partnerships that aligned with the mission statement: to empower students to better serve each other and the environment.

Served as Lead Hostess, Server, and Food Runner, overseeing front-of-house operations. Responsibilities included maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and efficiently serving tables to enhance the dining experience.

Supported the Executive Director by coordinating meetings with community stakeholders, creating and distributing sustainability-focused newsletters for LARC subscribers, and designing a new professional logo. Collaborated with my team to organize a climate action event at the University of Southern California, bringing together stakeholders to discuss strategies for promoting sustainable practices in Los Angeles.
