Initially hired as a digital artist specializing in photograph manipulation and vector illustration, I quickly evolved into a trusted, multi-faceted team member, becoming the 'jack of all trades' for the company. My long-term tenure allowed me to integrate into every step of the book creation and update process for Formats' largest client, the United Brotherhood of Carpenters (UBC). I adeptly handled art creation, page layout/correction, resource drive material creation, and preflight processes.Through continuous learning and adapting, I successfully led numerous company-wide projects and behind-the-scenes initiatives. I organized databases and servers, developed a new company website, redesigned the company logo, created promotional materials, and conducted market research. I also took the lead in client meetings, pursued new clientele, and spearheaded the transition from printed to online learning materials, modernizing the company’s educational offerings. My journey reflects a commitment to growth, skill enhancement, and building lasting trust within the organization.

Organized, led, and promoted large-scale community service events in this elected position. Most notably, coordinated fraternity participation in Bobcat Build, a campus-wide clothing drive, and a record-setting canned food drive that became the largest donation in Hays County history (over 5,000 pounds). Honed my leadership, organizational, and community engagement skills.
