Coordinated the migration of US Air Force applications to the Cloud One environment. Led all agile recurring meetings across the program, including sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, internal scrums, scrum of scrums, and sprint reviews. Managed 2 app migrations to the Cloud One Azure environment. Designed a project plan to efficiently track development team progress while coordinating with the Mission Apps teams to ensure consistency with legacy systems. Created a vendor migration task list and implemented a repeatable process for migration vendors to leverage for each of their application migrations simplifying the overall process. Oversaw 5 migration vendors, migrating a total of 9 applications to the Cloud One environment. This included coordinating application analysis meetings with the government, all onboarding activities, overseeing JIRA progress, and escalating key risks to government leadership.

Worked with Healthways product owners as a project manager to roll out maintenance releases every 6 week across 10+ different applications. Managed a revolving team of 4-5 developers and a full-time junior analyst to assist with the delivery of each maintenance release. Acted as the first line of Isobar defense for all production support issues which hit our triage queue. Clients: Healthways

Performed quality assurance while on the USAF and Starwood accounts, which required the creation of test specifications, recording defects in JIRA, supporting regression testing, and the successful delivery of the final product implementation. On the Healthways account, engaged with a multi-disciplinary team to design, develop, and deploy a health management and behavior change web application.
