I perform service desk management, elevated user support, technical writing, and SQL development for the Corporate Data Repository System, a contracted Air Force Materiel Command Infrastructure System. I support a user base of approximately 600 users, both through our web-based applications as well as directly working with our Oracle SQL databases. I worked as outsourced contract support for Cox Communications cable internet customers, assisting with connectivity, networking, hardware and software issues related to broadband cable internet, and utilizing a Remedy-based ticket tracking system.
