My goal is to become more proficient at my job and to better understand what is expected of me daily. I planned to exceed in everything goal that was put in front of me and become a more well-rounded employee. As a result, I've learned a lot regarding time management, execution of make day to day responsibilities, and keeping an open mind as to what is expected of me given that my position does not have a specific title. I believe I have confidently exceeded my goal by tackling every objective that was put in front of me successfully. In turn, I believe to have become a very well-rounded employee.I will focus on learning more about the trucks we work with daily so that I can better at assisting customers when they advised me on the reason their unit is at our facility. I will also focus on my communication skills between my fellow employees and myself so we can address any work-related issues that arise when it comes to day to day tasks such as billing, 1st communication, service writing…etc
