Assisted with the initial roll out of Stella, a platform for clients to review employees, to Communications by collecting team member information to help create and validate profiles and by visiting team huddles to answer questions. After the launch, I was tapped to create custom Stella reporting for my leader. My primary responsibility is that I review loans that have been submitted for escalation. I analyze how long they’ve been in process, how many conditions remain on the loan, and other trends. If they need more attention, I will assign them to the appropriate team member.

Evaluated business processes by shadowing team members and holding recurring meetings. On a weekly basis, created agendas and recaps for meetings, pulled data to make reports on team member performance, and attended leadership huddles. Updated the pages for the Servicing, Origination, and Embassy team websites. Monitored the Stella Support box to pass along client feedback and requests to the appropriate team members.

Assisted large volumes of customers in the office and over the phone. Handled and processed confidential student information. Trained new employees on office procedures. Prepared marketing materials for external distribution.

Managed the freezer and refrigerator inventory. Sanitized kitchen and dining areas. Prepared food orders, and provided excellent customer service during deliveries.
