Current• Work cross-functionally to integrate security requirements that amplify risk mitigation • Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and specific applications• Diagnose and resolve software malfunctions, installation errors, and compatibility issues • Manage software updates, patches, and licenses, using remote desktop tools • Assist users with software configuration and customization to optimize performance • Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve complex software issues• Document and track software-related tickets using Jira to maintain detailed logs of incidents• Perform routine software maintenance and performance tuning to classify potential vulnerabilities• Support the implementation of security protocols for patch management and antivirus updates
