Provided support, training, and best practices to local engineers for Pro Engineer and Windchill as subject matter expert. SME in Creo and Windchill for West Coast. Designed UPS and auxiliary cabinets. Developed installation drawings and manuals. Industrialized cabinets in preparation for production.• Designed metal bus work and developed new 800kw UPS input / output (IO) cabinet resulting in 25% cost and floor space savings increasing product family sales to $30M; later collaborated with India team to industrialize cabinet.• Converted IEC IP42 25-100kw UPS to UL and developed underwriter’s laboratory (UL) auxiliary cabinets resulting in $2M dollars in sales. • Conceived of new 10-150kw UL Auxiliary cabinets for UPS system with forecasted sales of $7M.
