CurrentI am responsible for the engagement with Ofwat and Defra in relation to non-household competition and disseminating the information to the business. I lead on delivering the steps being taken to ensure compliance with competition law, promoting the level playing field. I am also responsible for responding to the interim codes panel; collating responses, building understanding and providing feedback.I have attended a number of non-household Interim Codes Panels and feel I have been able to contribute substantively in helping the panel to reach practical solutions. This has been undertaken as an alternate interim codes panel member standing in for Mike Brindle. I have also written and raised a code change, WRC046, which involved wider consultation with participants and two sessions with the interim codes panel.
