I'm excited to be leading the Analytics Engineering team at the DNC, where we help build the data products that power Democratic campaigns across the country. We blend political organizing with modern analytics engineering to tackle unique technical challenges and support Democratic candidates up and down the ballot. We're focused on managing our data.

Lead planning and supervision of the execution of MoDP’s voter contact program. Analyzed the state of voter file data available to the MoDP and made recommendations as to which additional polling and modeling projects and lists were needed to be developed or acquired. Worked on an ongoing basis with the Statewide campaigns, National committees.

Boone, NC

Managed a competitive challenger's race for NC House. Supervised an experienced campaign staff and built a comprehensive campaign plan to take back NC House District 93.

Watauga County, NC

Responsible for developing and executing the campaign and strategic plans to successfully elect Democrats in Watauga County from the courthouse to the state house. Charged with overseeing administrative activities, paid staff and interns, fundraising, and communications of the Watauga County Democratic Party.

Contract with local non-profits to equip them with the tools they need to succeed in the new age. Striving to communicate an effective message to the best possible people through the most productive means and the least expensive budget.

Created an effective field program that promoted individual targeting and state of the art peer to peer voter contact utilizing cutting edge consumer data. Managed a field staff of 7, and a phonebank volunteer base of 30 or more per day. Utilized Drupal widgets to allow phonebankers across the nation to participate in our congressional race.

Assisted in record breaking fundraising team that raised almost 80,000 online and 242,000 from other donations. Worked closely with the candidate during call time and researched potential donor leads. Later promoted to Field Director.

Designed and executed a well balanced media plan to begin building support around a local non-profit in a four county region. Worked to keep traditional press a priority while introducing newer elements like social media into WAMY's communications arsenal.
