Chime is a leading financial technology company, offering banking and credit building services to the underbanked. In this role, I sit on the cross-functional liquidity and savings products leadership team and oversee a data organization of 10+ data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts responsible for data infrastructure, predictive modeling, product/marketing analysis, and performance reporting. I also oversee the Growth Marketing Analytics organization, which includes all pre-enrollment marketing and product workstreams. Notable work streams include: launching and scaling MyPay (earned wage access product) to millions of members, launching an instant loans product, building a free tax filing integration.

I built the Growth Analytics function from ground up, recruiting and developing a multi-level organization of 15+ analysts and managers. My team drove business forecasting, experimentation, KPI development and exec-level performance reporting, and strategic roadmap development for a broad org made up of Product and Marketing Managers. We drove consistent YoY core business growth alongside supporting the successful launches of multiple 0-1 products.
