My experience as an engineering Co-Op at Moog has been diversified. Major responsibilities included transitioning builds to Moog, troubleshooting EUs/test stands, and automating metric extraction through SSRS.For the VCAS transition to Moog, the first EU, Blackhawk, touch time hour requirement totaled 11 hours. Through a subpart design, kit book utilization, automated torque drivers and combined vibe/thermal testing, we reduced to 8 hours. This project entailed CRB presentations, HASS testing, drawing modifications, torque driver setup, and document/instruction creation.Airbus FCRM troubleshooting proved an everyday occurrence. In one instance, a skipped AVO step resulted in multiple corrupted bootloaders. In another, an attempted JIRA repair made a simple crashed test stand inoperable. This project entailed scanning labview files, JTAG connector creation, preventing operator error with an optimized AVO with Python code, creating instructions for updates and repairing corrupted bootloaders.Originally recruited to self educate and apply outside knowledge in computer databases to SSRS metrics, major reports included primary WIP boards, NC statistic information and employee to do lists for multiple departments across East Aurora, NY and Baguio, Philippines. This project required representing NC, EHR, PCAS, MRB, defect, routing, shipping and information for East Arora and Baguio for multiple departments.Other responsibilities involved testing automation utilizing a Keysight 34980A, automatic test stand updates with IWIN, creating a NVM decoder with Excel macros, and repairing outdated SCPI code.Training in:- ESD safety- High voltage safety- 3D printing and maintenance- Lathe work- CNC mill- Band saw
