At Lyceo I was working in several roles: As an interviewer, I led application days for new teachers and decided who should and should not be hired. As coordinator I led the exam training sessions and I was the general contact for all stakeholders: location managers, caterers, teachers, graduate students, parents and Lyceo. As a teacher I gave exam (GCSE) training in the languages French, German and English at all graduation levels. For the different parts I have been trained by Lyceo.

The project student site aimed to provide one platform for all information for current students (n = 30,000) at Utrecht University. In addition, the goal was to put the structure of this information in order. As a product owner I was responsible for collecting all the wishes and needs of the target group (students) and of the editors (management). Subsequently, all these wishes were prioritized and translated into a functional design.

As a student member, I was responsible for transferring the student perspective to the educational policy of the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences. I passed on the input of students from the various bodies of the participational council for the decisions of the Faculty Board (bottom-up) and I passed on the information from the various board and policy meetings to my constituents, so that students can be informed as well as possible of current affairs (top-down). In addition, I was the point of contact for study associations towards the faculty and I maintained contact with other student members in Utrecht and in the rest of the country. In this role I have set up projects to increase the visibility of student participation and to increase the involvement of students in their education. I also participated in a report on activating and teacher-extensive working methods in the context of the qualitatively good implementation of the education intensification.

Assisting in the coordination tasks of the cursory education (bachelor and master) of the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology. In this position I was the PA to a course coordinator and also involved in contact with students, the set-up of the electronic learning environment, the administration of grades, the supervision and coordination of the exams and the informing of the teachers of the class. In addition, I took over the coordination during maternity leave or holiday and I was the general point of contact for students of the Clinical and Health Psychology course. At last, I wrote manuals for teachers in order to reduce their workload.

At a front desk employee at Mondial Camping (250 places) I was responsible for checking in and out of camping guests, in mobile homes and camping places. Furthermore, I was general point of contact for the guests for any problems. In addition, the reception functioned as tourist information for the activities in the area. Guests came from many different countries. Language at the campsite was French, but I also spoke to the Dutch, German and English speaking guests. This function was full-time seasonal work for three summers.
