  I am a member of a small team managing the Eviction Protection Grant Program within the Office of Policy Development and Research. I monitor the activities of EPGP grant recipients, processing reporting and providing both customer service and technical assistance to program partners. I have a special focus on processing, analyzing, and managing program data using a variety of tools.- As a Grant Technical Representative, supported the activities of 21 grantees across 19 states. Received, processed, and responded to communications and reporting from grantee personnel. Coordinated with the grants officer in reviewing vouchers, action plans, and onboarding and closeout processes for grantees.- Managed the EPGP data storage and reporting systems, ensuring the delivery of high quality reporting of comprehensive program, performance, and beneficiary data. Provided direct technical assistance and troubleshooting to both team members and grantee personnel in the use of the Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting (DRGR) system and the Microsoft 365 suite of applications used in our regular operations. Data management and processing included the deployment of solutions in R, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Teams, along with connectors to other Microsoft apps such as Project, Planner, and Lists. Provided recommendations on future incorporation of more comprehensive client and grant management solutions such as Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.- Provided expert analysis and feedback to department leadership on issues related to eviction generally and the EPGP specifically. Contributed to strategic planning and analysis, program evaluation, congressional reporting, and interagency roundtables on eviction and access to justice.
