I help people build regionally-scalable yet locally-adaptable solutions to complex development challenges. To do this, I increase local capacity for data-based decision making and strategic planning in the design and implementation of programs and projects. My clients and partners include federal agencies, development banks, and local governments investing in housing, urban, community, and economic development.
