I was at the forefront of J.Crews expansion from a catalog driven business to e-commerce. With user experience the central focus, I helped build the operational blueprint for internet production and e-commerce. Working with design, dev, tech and leadership to create the best customer experience for the J.Crew, Madewell and Factory sites.

I worked closely with the Vice President of Advertising and the Creative Director to create all the email advertisements for the Loehmann's brand. This included writing the copy as well working with the buyers to finalize pricing and scheduling of email blasts. Along with designing the emails I also designed and maintained the Loehmann's website and designed all of the in-store signage. I learned how to art direct a photo-shoot, think outside the box in terms of signage solutions and the technical processes associated with the production of all assets.

At WSOC-TV I designed all of the on air graphics and assisted with the After Effects animations for the Carolina Panthers football. I also worked to develop all of the graphics used for the Nascar races the station would cover. I worked with the Creative Director on the new aesthetic for the sister station WAXN's local news broadcast which as a direct result had it's highest rating in WAXN history to that point. I worked with the Directors and Producers on all live news programming and learned invaluable lessons about live TV including that when on air always make sure you turn off your audio switch.
