Brittmoore Rescue is a 501c3 Non-Profit Search and Rescue Organization in the State of Texas, based in the heart of Houston. We volunteer assist with search and rescue efforts during natural disasters, and assist families affected by those very same disasters, by way of fundraising events, volunteer efforts, and charitable donations.We hold 3 major events in Houston every year. Come Heels or High Water 2019 is our fashion show/charity fundraiser, and has grown exponentially in the last few years, doubling it’s size. Birdies Fore Boats is one of the top Golf Tournaments in Houston, with 2020 already sold out! Brittmoore B4 Christmas partners with businesses all over the country to collect items for children directly affected by traumatic events! All three of these events are executed by Event Planner Jessica Bedore and her team of members and volunteers!

We provide collective manpower and a comprehensive scope of services—with one point of contact—delivering results safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Executed all corporate and US events! Logistics, vendor contracts, scheduling. US Operations Coordinator for the Mechanical Integrity Division, and the Integrity Managment divisions of SPS & SIS. Coordination of all equipment used with in the SIS division. Logistics of this equipment, as well as the calibrations and maintenance. Co-managed the creation of a new and approved dispatching software program for the MI division. Currently manage software relating to the IM division.Manage logistics for all field personnel, and project managers. Aid in any travel needs necessary (ie: VISA processing, Seaman's books processing, TWIC cards, BOSIETS, HUETS, Medicals, Eye Exams, Operator Certifications, Training Courses, etc.)Manage PO entry and documentation within the MI and IM divisions.Coordinate organization of projects, from set up, to break down.Direct liaison between the UK and US offices for the IM division.Direct contact for accounting in the UK.

* Report directly to the President, and CEO, of Cotech IRM Services. * Over see all office management, and project management. * Compare all purchase orders, and invoicing, for projects. * Ensure all reports are completed correctly, and in a timely manner, to be sent to clients. * Attend sales and production meetings, with business developers.* Provide details, and financial, information, to all vendors and clients. * Focal point for ISNetworld, Veriforce, and BP.* Perform Visual Acuity Exams* Provide databases for all technical, and office, personnel. * Over see financial, and medical, processing for technical, and office, personnel. * Provide support for HR and HSE departments. * Appoint days for scheduled training. Schedule certification training for technical personnel. * Assist daily with Operations Department. * Report directly to rig personnel / Onshore operations, and Offshore operations.

* Provide logistics for all, domestic/international, travel, for employed technicians (includes flights, accommodations, taxi's, etc)* Work in Operations, to effectively complete work scopes, by providing technicians, logistics, and credentials. Set, and execute, dead lines for Operation's production, while working in high volume office. Correct any issues, or concerns, with clients.* Manage company credit card purchases, and create purchase orders for accounting.* Assist with HSE, and Training Tracker Production.* Familiar with scheduling the following training (but not limited too) TWIC, WHIMIS, Capp Medical, UKOOA, BOSIET/HUET, Safe Gulf Rig Pass, BP 6in1, SPRAT, Fall Protection, Fire Fighter Incipient, Marine Trash and Debris, and all Field Wood Certificates. * Provide forms, and processing, for all passports, Visas, and Seafarer's Books, needed for travel.* Effectively control data being sent to Rigs/Oil Field Clients, involving logistics, certifications, and credentials. Involves communication with Radio Operators, OIMs, etc. * Focal Point for the following: iLogistics, ISNetworld, DISA, SEMS II Awareness Training* Assist HR office. Schedule interviews for new hire prospects, process all new hire paper work, and administer new hire induction/training modules,* Organize, and attend, pre-job meetings/joining instructions for technician's upcoming work scopes. * Guide Daily Operations Meetings and provide minutes.* Certified to perform Visual Acuity Exams * Track, Order, and Provide PPE for technicians. Provide forms for requests, and received.* Head of Document Control. Over see productions of reports, to be sent to clients. Assist clients with use of the, Portal, online viewing process. Assist with Quality Check. Sign/Stamp completed documents, and filing.
