About Jessica Cheeley

I never expected a career in teaching to lead to a career in sales and leadership development. Looking back, I see my empathy, enthusiasm, and ability to simplify the complex while great in the classroom also translated exceptionally well to sales and leadership. I’m fortunate to have had opportunities in my career to contribute individually, manage teams, and teach others. My goal is to leave something better than I found it, whether that be a person, a process, a team, or a product. I've been told my superpower is my ability to be a trusted advisor to the executive team because I'm able to demonstrate an understanding of their priorities and successfully execute high-impact programs against those priorities. Independently discovering ways to improve sales outcomes, help leaders grow, and improve overall effectiveness through ideas and deliverables is not only something I have a successful track record of doing, but it’s something I genuinely enjoy.
