Assistant administrative duties, payroll, Human Resources, business office coordination, resident accounts and bills, Medicaid applications

Responsibilities include:*Illinois Notary of the Public• case management; • completing psychosocial assessments and MDS assessments• developing, implementing, and coordinating meetings for care plans in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team; • counseling; • IL Medicaid/Public Aid applications;• organizing and coordinating monthly psychotropic reduction meetings;• facilitating communication between families, psychiatrists, and the facility;• advocating for resident’s rights and well-being;• discharge planning;• training and in-servicing staff on variety of topics including aggression management, dementia focused care, importance of approach and tone, patient-centered care;• following all Illinois Department of Public Health regulations; • crisis intervention.
