• Member of the senior leadership team of the department. This team is responsible for the decision making regarding all key department issues. • Leads the planning and execution of approximately 115 events annually• Member of planning committee for specials events such as donor hospitality, Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, annual golf tournament and end of year Student Athlete Champions Dinner• Athletics department lead for all our home athletics facilities. • Championship Manager for all post season Conference Championships and serve as the NCAA Campus Director for all NCAA Championships in the Kansas City market. • Serves as lead or member of department construction projects and master planning. • Manager of UMKC athletics master scheduling process which includes facility management, department routing and contract negotiations • Leads the management of the department-wide exclusive apparel partnerships with adidas America, Inc., including budget management, inventory control, online administrative roles, embellishment conflict resolution • Sport supervisor for women’s soccer, softball and spirit squads including budget management, scheduling, scholarships planning, conflict resolution with athletes and parents, disciplinary decision, marketing, fundraising, and community outreach • Produces all non-animated video board graphics and produce all event scripts for sponsor execution and ticket sales initiatives • Served as the primary contact for television production and radio broadcasts and produced 17 weekly radio (transitioned responsibility October 2016)• Led the department’s Trademark Licensing Program with responsibilities including protection of the department’s marks being the primary contact for the approval website and generation of approximately $100,000 in net royalties revenue(transitioned responsibility October 2016)o Successfully negotiated product placement in four local locations of a national retailer

• Managed 8 department budgets equaling approximately $1.7 million• Managed 3 full time staff, 2 graduate assistants, 5-7 ticket office staff and student interns • Interim Director of Tickets Sales - May 2014-October 2014• Interim Manager of Corporate Relations - May 2014- October 2014• Oversaw the creative process and creation of all promotional campaigns, media planning and collateral material • Managed the media buying process including budgeting, research, planning, commercial production, buying, and trafficking o Campaigns have included outdoor billboards, mobile campaigns, online, all forms of print media, broadcast and cable networks, radio and transit • Managed the collaboration with tickets sales staff, corporate partner staff and advancement staff to create communication plans for promotions, sponsor execution or special events Professional Training and Education:- 2011 Graduate of the NCAA/NACWAA Institute for Administrative Advancement- 2014 Graduate of the NCAA/NACWA Leadership Executive Institute

- Served as primary liaison for all corporate partners - Launched the department online ticketing system including an NCAA compliant online player/coach ticket request system- Led tickets sales for season, single and group tickets sales - Responsible for ticket sales execution of season, single and group sales for six ticketed sports- Oversight of the Sports Information Department- Led the transition to a new television production company - Secured radio home for women’s basketball program resulting in 100% of the season broadcast live in the Kansas City market for the first time in program history- Led the redesign process of the new athletics department logo - Initiated and executed the transition to a new licensing management company and launched the department’s first dedicated athletics online merchandise store- Managed or assisted special events such as Annual Department Golf Tournament, individual sports’ alumni relations and end of year celebrations, Hall of Fame Ceremony, end of year Champions Dinner, Men’s and Women’s Basketball Season Tip Off
