I have been in the warehousing and logistics sector since 2007, driving results through business education and core values of dedication and follow through. In 2011, I joined the Ryder family and made a transition from the retail industry to focus on logistics in oil and gas, managing various operations departments over 6 years in Houston, TX including Group Logistics Manager overseeing major Oilfield Service 3PL accounts. In 2017, I moved to Atlanta, GA and transitioned into a Quality Manager role with Ryder supporting initial technology deployment of a customer load visibility platform, but only held the role in short term, ultimately transitioning to Group Manager of central operations hub in 2018. Since then, my teams have focused on the development of people, process and technology to transform the central organization structure and deliver high performance results in the areas of driver trip management, payroll and customer invoicing. My role expanded to Group Director in 2022, adding multiple operations support teams to my responsibility, continuing a focus on exceeding expectations through standardization, digitalization and continuous improvement solutions to foster leverage and market share growth for Ryder Transportation Solutions.
