Jessica has achieved vast experience in customer service having spent 10 years working and training in a variety of large call centre and service provision environments. These range from contractor management, recruitment and technical support, through to sales & acquisitions for Sony Playstation Corporation. In April 2009 Jessica relocated from London to Devon and took up the role of Corporate Client Co-ordinator for LSL CCD, before progressing to the role of Senior Team Leader and then earning promotion to Training and Development Manager in 2012. Jessica is a qualified and registered ARLA member with an in-depth knowledge of landlord and tenant law and is currently half way through her Level 5 Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Qualification in Operational Management. During Jessica's career as a Conduct, Training & Development Manager at LSL, she delivered tangible operational improvements to the company, including creating and implementing an induction program for all new starters to the business as well as a personal development program for our preferred staff members currently selected through her succession planning matrix. The programs she creates and delivers consist of a wide range of workshops, E-learning and study days to include technical and regulatory training such as contract law through to soft skills in customer service. Her management based training programs include leadership vs management training, HR related sessions such as how to conduct interviews and 121's, coaching, influencing and persuading, the art of negotiation and situational leadership to name a few.Following 12 years working for LSL, Jessica has moved to The Family Law Company to support their client experience journey where she will support the company to offer the best client experience there is in family law.
