As a highly-motivated and results driven Training and Development Manager within the corporate business sector, I have a proven track record of providing excellent training courses to a broad range of staffing levels, from lower level staff & new starters through to senior management. I’m fully practiced both in soft skills and technical training as well as having the creative flair to produce innovative and bespoke training packages when needed. My tenacious and proactive approach in my current placement within LSL Corporate Client Department has offered me a great deal of experience. Currently working within the Lettings corporate property division, completing all HR, recruitment and training requirements for our 100+ members of staff has resulted in my highly effective prioritisation skills. I am also proficient in succession planning and identifying training needs for the business, completing soft skills training, in situational leadership and influence and persuasion training through to management training & technical training, where I have recently supported 22 members of staff simultaneously through their ARLA NFOPP Level 3 Qualification to include bespoke study days and mock exams. Utilizing excellent communication skills, whilst completing any HR related tasks, such as appraisals, recruitment and disciplinary and capability procedures, I have developed and maintained successful working relationships with both my internal and external staff, whilst also managing a Graduate Scheme for the business. As a key member of the Senior Management Team I’m confident in my approach with staff on a one on one basis as well as presenting to a group of corporate management personnel. I am a friendly, positive, hardworking and reliable person who thrives under pressure.
