Greeting all clients, signing them in and taking all of their personal information and making copies. After all of their paperwork if filled out and I have gathered all necessary information I send it to the tax consultant then set the client with consultant.

Inbound call center for Sprint customer care.As an agent I would take calls for Sprint customers in the billing department, handled customer complaints, billing issues and disputes, basic troubleshooting, and varieties of customer issues. Worked in Human Resources with the recruiting department as the receptionist. Completed multiple tasks throughout the day including but not limited to: Answering the phones for recruiting department, reviewing applications, scheduling potential candidates for testing, administered testing to candidates, scheduling interviews with recruiter, sending out disqualification emails to disqualified candidates, scheduling interviews with hiring managers for selected candidates, also did lots of administration work with the administrative assistant.

Filled in for absent receptionist at multiple offices. Also worked for HealthSpring in Metro Center of Nashville, TN. For HealthSpring, I took multiple calls dailly for insurance patients that mainly needed a pre-authorization in order to get their medicatoins filled.
