Jessica is Assistant Vice President, Staff Operations. She is responsible for leading a team of professionals who support the Life Co and Investment Management Company senior executives in business planning and execution. This team applies process engineering, change management, data management, innovation and member feedback (Voice of the Member) and project management expertise against focused business objectives. Jessica is also responsible for the management of the FASG business technology program investments. Biography:Jessica holds a bachelor of business administration with a concentration in accounting from the Unversity of Texas at San Antonio and a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from St. Mary's University where she graduated with honors. Jessica is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Fellow, Life Management Institute(FLMI). She holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 24, 27, 63, 65 and Texas Life and Health Insurance.Jessica has over 15 years of financial and corporate tax experience and 8 years operational experience. She began her career with Ernst & Young in 1987 where she performed financial and tax planning for a diverse clientele including financial institutions, investment companies and real estate developers.Since joining USAA in 1994 she has held several leadership positions in Corporate Finance, CAPCO,Investment Management Co. and FASG..

Manage staff of approximately 150 employees performing securities processing including a call center of 30 problem resolution representatives.
